Architected and maintained multi-tenant, multi-zone cloud services hosted across AWS regions (EU, US, India) to support a CPaaS platform with sub-second SLA on SMS/Voice delivery.
Agentic DevOps — Custom MCP Servers for Observability
Designed and built MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for Prometheus, Loki, Kubernetes, and Tempo so AI agents can natively query metrics, logs, traces, and cluster state for autonomous incident investigation.
Cequens — Cloud-Agnostic Kubernetes Migration
Migrated every microservice from AWS-managed services to a Kubernetes-native stack across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise. MinIO replaced S3, Keycloak replaced Cognito, Kong replaced API Gateway, Vault replaced SSM/KMS, Prometheus+Grafana+Loki replaced Datadog.
